Is my donation tax-deductible?

You will receive an email confirmation as your receipt for tax purposes. The Oregon Health & Science University Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Federal ID Number 23-7083114. Contributions to the Oregon Health & Science University Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax professional for more information. 

What if the fund I want to support is not listed in the drop-down menu?

You can support any active fund at OHSU through using the "write-in" option. Select the closest area you can find under "Impact Areas." Then scroll down to the bottom of the list to select "Other" from the "Fund Designation" drop-down menu. Then type in the fund you want to support in the field that pops up that says, "Please designate gift below.*"

What if I am experiencing errors on the donation page?

- Make sure you entered a gift amount that is $10 or greater.

- Make sure you entered information for the required fields (which are marked with an *).
